To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. You must return your items within 30 days of the purchase date. The purchaser is responsible for shipping returned items to Miss Mohs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Miss Mohs will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. The purchaser is responsible for shipping exchanges to Miss Mohs.
